We have elderly guests who do not use phones or do not have WhatsApp. What is the solution?

You can add these guests' names with our supervisor so they can be admitted to the event without an entry card. Our invitation delivery is also guaranteed, God willing, as it is sent via WhatsApp or SMS.

Does the guest need to print the entry card?

No, the entry card reaches the guest on their phone, and the barcode is scanned directly from the phone screen at entry. The card automatically deactivates after use to prevent re-entry.

At what time does the supervisor arrive to verify the entry cards?

Supervisors are present to verify entry cards by default from 8 PM to 1 AM. The time can be adjusted by informing Munasbat technical support.

Can I use your Munasbat app to verify the entry card barcode without requesting a supervisor from Munasbat?

Yes, our app can be used by the hall guard or anyone on the client's behalf.

Are there any fees to use your app to verify the entry card code?

No, using our app is free for all clients.
